Terms & Conditions
These terms are an agreement between you and Elevate AI Technologies ("we", "us"), the operator of iCockpit at icockpit.ai. By creating an account or using the service you accept them. Last updated: 5 September 2026.
The service
iCockpit is a task and action management service for organizations, built around hierarchical access control. One account may own or belong to multiple organizations; each organization is a separate workspace with its own members, subscription, and data.
Accounts & acceptable use
- You are responsible for your credentials and for activity under your account. Keep your password private and enable two-factor authentication or passkeys where possible.
- You may not attempt to access data belonging to another organization or another user, probe or circumvent access controls, or disrupt the service.
- You may not use the service to store or distribute unlawful content, or resell it without our written consent.
Trials, subscriptions & termination
- New organizations may receive a free trial; its length is shown at sign-up. When a trial expires the workspace becomes read-only until a subscription is active — your data is not deleted.
- Subscriptions are billed per organization. Prices and seat counts are shown before you buy; refunds are handled per our Refund Policy.
- You can stop using the service and delete your organization at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms, with notice where practical.
Your content
Your organization owns the content it creates in iCockpit. You grant us only the rights needed to host, process, back up, and display that content to the people your organization's access rules permit. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
Availability & changes
We work to keep iCockpit fast and available, and we back up data on a rolling window, but the service is provided "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may improve or change features over time; we will not materially reduce the core service you paid for during a paid period without notice.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the service is limited to the amount your organization paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing law & contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Elevate AI Technologies is registered, and disputes belong to the courts of that jurisdiction. Questions? Contact [email protected].
