Refund Policy

We'd rather earn your renewal than argue about a refund. This policy covers subscriptions to iCockpit, operated by Elevate AI Technologies. Last updated: 5 September 2026.

Try before you pay

Every new organization can start on a free trial with no card required, so you can evaluate iCockpit with your real team before any money changes hands. When the trial ends the workspace simply becomes read-only — nothing is charged automatically and nothing is deleted.

14-day money-back guarantee

If iCockpit isn't right for you, tell us within 14 days of your first payment for an organization and we'll refund that payment in full — no questionnaire required.

Cancellations

• You can cancel any subscription at any time; the workspace stays fully active until the end of the period you've paid for.
• After the 14-day window, payments for a started billing period are non-refundable, except where the law of your country requires otherwise.
• If we materially fail to provide the service for a prolonged period, we'll refund the affected time on request.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] from the account that owns the organization, naming the organization and the payment. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
